Roles and Responsibilities
Support the General Manager in setting up the long term and yearly strategic plan for the geography and in tracking the execution.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
Coordinate the Marketing plan definition and execution in collaboration with the channel partners. Collaborate with channel partners to create and execute joint marketing campaigns and promotions. Analyze the return on the investment of the key initiatives.
Run the day-to-day commercial operations with channel partners, including funnel management and analysis of business performance. Monitor commercial KPIs and provide insights and recommendations for improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead the implementation of key policy and guidance and the deployment and enhancement of commercial tools.
Facilitate trainings to channel partners in terms of operation execution process, tools and policies.
Monitor and maintain records of channel partner’s activities and communications, including records, minute of meetings, business review and all legal documents.
Resolve operational issues and provide timely support to partners.
Coordinate with internal teams to provide partners with necessary resources and support.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
At least 3-years’ experience in working with commercial/marketing operations, channel operations, partner management, or a similar role.
Strong project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in SFDC, Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluent in English and French.
Analytical mindset with the ability of presenting data. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
