- Select and manage outside counsel, collection agencies, and servicing vendors; negotiate SLAs and measure performance.
- File and foreclose liens, coordinate asset/receivables seizures, and negotiate structured settlements.
- Build dashboards that track leading indicators (DPD buckets, roll rates, cure rates) and report insights to leadership, sales, and product.
- Partner with Credit and Product to tighten underwriting criteria, refine risk scores, and automate early‑warning triggers.
You have...
- 5 - 7 years of experience managing commercial or SMB collections in fintech, payments, or B2B lending.
- Fluency with analytics tools (e.g. Excel, BI dashboards, SQL) to slice portfolios and measure results.
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
We Offer...
• The opportunity to join one of the fastest growing Fintech Series A companies in NYC.

With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.
Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech
- Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
