We are looking for a Collaboration Solutions Manager to lead and optimize our digital workplace tools, ensuring seamless and secure collaboration across the organization. This role is remote (if outside of the Bay Area) and will report to the Senior Manager, Business Applications Support and will be responsible for managing, evolving, and driving adoption of platforms including Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Miro, Lucid, Asana, Glean, Simpler, and DoControl. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in collaboration tools, a strategic mindset for workplace efficiency, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives that enhance productivity. This position will work closely with IT, security, and business stakeholders to ensure our collaboration stack meets business needs while aligning with security and compliance policies and will be responsible for:

  • Own the strategy, administration, and roadmap for collaboration tools, ensuring they align with business objectives and enhance the employee experience.  
  • Lead a small team of administrators and engineers, fostering innovation and continuous improvement in collaboration technologies.  
  • Partner with security and compliance teams to enforce governance, access control, and data protection policies across platforms. Engage with vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize licensing, contracts, and cost efficiency.    
  • Serve as the escalation point for collaboration tool-related issues and drive resolution in partnership with IT support teams.  
  • Monitor platform performance, usage, and adoption metrics, providing insights to leadership. Evaluate and recommend new technologies or enhancements to existing platforms based on emerging business needs.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 7+ years of experience managing enterprise collaboration tools, including administration, governance, and end-user support.  
  • Expertise in **Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and project management or knowledge-sharing platforms (Miro, Lucid, Asana, Glean, Simpler, DoControl, etc.)**  
  • Strong knowledge of security best practices related to collaboration tools, including identity management, data loss prevention, and compliance frameworks.  
  • Ability to drive change management initiatives, with experience in user adoption strategies and training programs.  

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience integrating collaboration tools with enterprise systems such as ITSM, HRIS, and security platforms. 
  • Proven leadership across complex cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with PM tools like Asana.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range

$122,500$175,000 USD
