Join PPG Aerospace's Business as a Chemical Management Services West Regional Manager! This exciting on-site role must be based in the Dallas, TX or Los Angeles, CA area and involves overseeing chemical management operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving service optimization across the region. This region encompasses the Western and Central portions of the United States and Mexico. Reporting directly to the USCA ASC Network Director, you will play a key role in strategic decision-making and lead a team dedicated to maintaining operational excellence and safety. Key Responsibilities

  • Be actively engaged in Safety and Quality; lead by example and ensure operational discipline and compliance with both company and regulatory standards and requirements are fulfilled for all departments on site.

  • Regularly monitor and review Environmental, Health, and Safety performance; ensure compliance and continuous improvement in striving for a risk-free manufacturing environment.

  • Oversee regional chemical management, providing support for PPG Aerospace's Chemical Management Services (CMS) West Region and centralized Gulfstream customer, ensuring understanding of our strategic goals

  • Drive operational excellence by contributing to strategic plans and assisting the CMS Operations team in implementing a unified operational strategy

  • Manage and implement best practices to improve network operations, using Lean Enterprise tools and metrics to enhance productivity

  • Establish, monitor, and improve key performance metrics for the CMS West Aerospace ASC Network team, ensuring all operational goals are met

  • Analyze and improve processes and capital utilization across the region, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency

  • Oversee inventory levels within the CMS West Aerospace ASC network, identifying improvement areas and facilitating communication between the ASC Region and CMS Platform

  • Lead EH&S improvements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and implementing preventative actions

  • Manage the implementation and launch of new CMS programs in the CMS West Region, ensuring successful operation

  • Partner with the CMS East Regional Manager on standardization, continuous improvement, and key performance indicators to ensure synergy across the entire USCA CMS organization.

  • Collaborate with teams in sales, marketing, purchasing, and engineering to ensure operations meet both customer and company goals

Qualifications

  • Only US Citizens, Green card holders, political asylees, or refugees are eligible to apply.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Operations.

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership, supervisory, or managerial role within Supply Chain, Category Management, Operations, or a related role preferred.

  • Ability to travel up to 50%

The base salary range for this position is $110,000-$120,000, with a possibility of an annual bonus up to 10% of base salary.
