Job Description

Ole Ole is looking for a marketing leader with a strategic background with startup experience. Ole Ole is a global, network platform for the worlds largest sport. Currently we are operating an eCommerce platform selling fan travel packages for footballs biggest events. We are building in parallel a messaging and social network for football.  Similar to WeChat for football

We are looking for a marketing leader that is capable of building out our content marketing strategy utilizing AI, we intend to build a history and legends section to compete with Wikipedia. Influencer marketing is key to our success (Football has 1000's of top fan run blog sites and fan clubs all over the world covering 24,000 club and country teams. This is key to our strategy.

We also have an unbelievable amount of marketing assets in our event/team event sponsorships that will drive millions in traffic. We are looking for an experienced marketer that can maximize these sponsorships. Network platforms are viral in nature, do you understand viral growth? Networks and viral growth are not the same thing. Virality is not an accident it is a ruthless product design that improves the user experience. Candidate must be an international SEO/SMO expert, the organic traffic opportunity is like no other space you have seen before, finding the low hanging fruit regardless of country or language is critical. OleOle will launch in 20 languages and grow to 80.

Shared content drives engagement and growth adding users.

Social media and paid marketing are also channels we need to excel at, our candidate has successfully built marketing campaigns on Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and Facebook for successful startup companies.

The ability to code is a huge plus, understanding the network and messaging technology drives user growth.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with startup experience a deep understanding of network platforms and has successfully built social on ramps (No viral growth isn't a share button or a comment box). Must have ecommerce and mobile experience.

Has the creative ability and drive to build a world class team of leaders. Isnt afraid of hard work. Has had successful experiences driving traffic cost effectively at other startups. Can generate traffic on a budget, a roll up sleeves get it done hacker. Is a leader and willing to mentor others. Someone who is passionate, detail-oriented, data-driven, experience developing a winning strategy, and a win at all cost professional.

This Growth Hacker must have 9 years+ experience managing an international companies marketing strategy, PR, SEO, content marketing, video, ecommerce, mobile and scaling media campaigns. Must also have experience with Gorilla marketing strategy, and out of the box thinking.

Ole Ole is located in beautiful Santa Monica, however, this role requires some travel we are privately held and rapidly growing!
