We are looking for a highly motivated Closer to join a growing company in the corporate benefits space. This professional will play a key role in converting qualified opportunities into customers, managing the entire sales cycle from discovery to contract signature.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative sales, understands how to navigate B2B buying processes, and is comfortable engaging with HR, People, Finance, and leadership teams.

You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with significant autonomy and the opportunity to directly impact the company's growth.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct discovery meetings with qualified prospects.

  • Understand customer pain points and business needs.

  • Present solutions and demonstrate value in a consultative manner.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to closing.

  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Handle objections and negotiate commercial terms.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and sales forecasting.

  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and leadership teams to improve conversion rates.

  • Follow up consistently with prospects to advance opportunities through the funnel.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably as an Account Executive, Closer, Sales Executive, or similar role.

  • Proven experience managing consultative sales processes.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Experience conducting virtual sales meetings.

  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambitious goals.

  • Experience using CRM platforms to manage pipeline and activities.

Nice to Have
  • Experience selling HRTech, Benefits, SaaS, Fintech, Employee Experience, or Corporate Solutions.

  • Experience selling to HR, People, Finance, or Operations leaders.

  • Familiarity with subscription-based or recurring revenue business models.

  • Previous startup or high-growth company experience.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Compensation: R$ 7,000/month
