Our client, a world leader in life sciences and biotechnology, is looking for a “Clinical Procurement Analyst I” based out of Pleasanton, CA(Hybrid).

 

Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)

Pay Rate : $41.50/hr on W2

We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Procurement Consultant to support a specialized clinical budget data harmonization and FMV benchmarking initiative. This role will focus on cleaning, standardizing, and mapping unstructured clinical site budget data into structured systems to support financial compliance, audit readiness, and procurement operations.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

·       Review, cleanse, and standardize clinical site budget and payment data across global studies

·       Align clinical budget line items with Fair Market Value (FMV) benchmarks and compliance standards

·       Map legacy/unstructured data into internal databases and tracking systems

·       Identify and resolve discrepancies in terminology, categorization, and cost structures

·       Develop process documentation and maintain accurate “source of truth” records

·       Collaborate with Clinical Operations and Clinical eSolutions teams to validate assumptions and procurement data

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–3+ years of experience in clinical procurement, clinical trial budgeting, site payments, or clinical finance
  • Strong understanding of Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs), investigator payments, and site budgets
  • Experience with FMV benchmarking, financial analysis, or clinical sourcing
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Data Validation); Tableau experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to manage large, complex datasets independently
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with minimal supervision

 

Additional Details:

  • Hybrid schedule (Tuesday & Friday onsite anchor days)
  • Flexible 8-hour shift within 7 AM–7 PM window
  • Interview Process: Virtual/phone screen followed by virtual panel interview
