Role Overview
We’re hiring a Client Success Owner (CSO) to lead Data & AI engagements from ambiguity to impact.
This is a client-facing role that combines project ownership, technical fluency, and relationship management. You’ll own both delivery and the client relationship—ensuring work is executed well and clearly tied to business value.

- Translate ambiguous needs into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables; proactively manage risks and blockers.
- Deliver weekly value presentations, translating technical work into business outcomes and ROI.
- Maintain clear documentation and capture “evidence of value” through insights, demos, and reporting.
- Partner with data teams to guide solution design and execution; contribute hands-on when needed (SQL, dbt, BI).
- Ensure strong project hygiene, team alignment, and visibility into engagement health.
- Track client sentiment, flag risks early, and prevent escalation through proactive management.
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities aligned to client needs and measurable impact.
- Lead final presentations, post-mortems, and support productization of reusable solutions.
