POSITION SUMMARY:
The Client Services Representative is a part of Company 3's Client Services Team and is driven by a commitment to maintain its reputation at the forefront of the industry by providing the most gracious and savvy hospitality possible. The client service team is responsible for attending to client and artist’s needs such as preparing coffee, serving drinks and ordering and serving meals. In addition, they maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen area and ensure it is fully stocked. The Client Services Representative also provides helps with providing coverage for the front desk and assists the operations team, as needed.
Location: This position will require working in our Santa Monica studio on a regular basis. You may also be required to travel and work out of our studio in Hollywood or at client locations, as needed.
Hours: Available to work overtime and variable shifts, including late nights, weekends and holidays, as necessary per business needs.
MAIN DUTIES:
The Client Services Representative will help build excellent client relations and create a warm and inviting environment for clients, visitors and staff. They will oversee all steps of service during supervised sessions, including greeting clients, ordering meals, preparing food and beverages and ensuring that visitor, client and staff requests are fulfilled with the utmost professionalism. They will work directly with Operations to optimize efficiency within the department. They will assist in preparation for client luncheons and meetings, including light food preparation. Other duties include:
  • Set up daily coffee and breakfast set-ups, restock communal snacks and beverages.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and common areas.
  • Monitor bays and conference rooms for overall tidiness and upkeep, as well as the lobby area.
  • Order supplies and miscellaneous goods while maintaining a budget.
  • Plan and execute weekly events.
  • Order client gifts, handle reservations for client dinners.
  • Run errands for the kitchen, clients, and other staff as needed.
  • Work with the larger Client Services team to plan and execute larger annual parties.
  • Plan and execute celebrations for birthdays and holidays.
  • Provide Client Services Representative support at other studios, as needed.
  • Provide backup coverage for the Front Desk Reception team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING:
The ideal candidate will bring prior restaurant or hospitality experience. They will have a strong understanding of both service and hospitality. They will have the ability to anticipate needs and shift priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment; adaptability; acute attention to detail. They will have excellent judgment and discretion; ability to maintain polished and mature demeanor while servicing VIP clients. They will have excellent organizational skills with proven attention to detail. They will have strong problem-solving and interpersonal skill. They will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a good command of the English language. They will be a team player and demonstrated ability to work well independently. The ideal candidate will also bring the following:
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment; and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Great inter-personal skills, be meticulous, always organized and work calmly and professionally especially during high pressure situations.
  • Prior experience with espresso machine.
  • Creative eye and demonstrated ability to think outside of the box and offer solutions.
  • Interest in film.

The benefits for eligible part-time employees working 25 or more hours per week and full-time employees in the US include a comprehensive package of health, retirement, and insurance benefits and paid time off. The benefits for eligible project hires and part-time employees working less than 25 hours per week in the US include retirement, select insurance benefits, and where required by law, health benefits.
