The Software Developer will develop and maintain Python applications, collaborate on solutions, and optimize systems for performance while driving projects from concept to deployment.

Support lead producer and finishing producing team by coordinating multiple feature projects through conform, color, and delivery schedules; manage communications with internal teams and clients; ensure resources and sessions are prepared; assist with onboarding, work orders, billing, client reception, test feeds, and cross-facility coordination. Available for variable shifts and overtime as needed.

Support the VFX production team with scheduling, review session preparation, notetaking, deliveries, and administrative tasks. Shadow VFX staff to learn pipeline and processes, participate in cohort-based workshops and guest speaker series, and engage in professional development to build workplace skills.
