This individual will facilitate various training programs offered and sold by Allied’s Client Performance Strategies business unit; most of which are Integrity Solutions programs. A key focus of this position is to act as an extension of the Allied Solutions client support team before, during, and after facilitation engagements. This role includes extensive travel as clients are located across the United States and Canada.Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Facilitate Client Training Programs On-Site and Virtually

  • Launch and facilitate client training programs for new or established clients at their location of choice
  • Facilitate multi-week virtual training/coaching sessions for clients
  • Occasionally provide program demos for large prospects with the CPS sales team
  • Advance the Allied relationship with key client contacts while on-site with client.

Support New Client Facilitators

  • Support the coordination and delivery of facilitation of newly licensed client facilitators for quality control and long-term client success. This may include co-facilitation, shadowing, observation, and/or coaching.

Manage Client Performance Strategies Facilitator Scheduling and Support

  • Manage and plan cost efficient travel
  • Coordinate Facilitator calendar and scheduling for all CPS Facilitators
  • Provide support and direction to external facilitators that are engaged by the CPS team. This may include responsibilities such as:
    • Onboarding new Allied Trainers
    • Coaching on Allied CPS facilitator best practices
    • Enhancing Allied facilitator tools and repository
    • Coordinating Allied facilitator training calendar
    • Tracking and submitting facilitator invoices
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA):
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience facilitating Integrity Solutions programs preferred.
  • 5+ years facilitating independent or corporate training programs required.
  • Comfortable and experienced facilitating Virtually via TEAMS, ZOOM, etc.
  • Experience with credit unions and/or financial institutions preferred.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills required.
  • This role will attain required certification and licensing to train Integrity Solutions or other partner programs.
  • Extensive travel expected, estimated at 60% of the year.
