The Opportunity:
The Associate's primary responsibility will be to respond quickly and accurately to all inquiries from both internal and external clients. This position must work closely with individuals across the organization and process client transactions correctly and within tight time constraints.
What You'll Do:
-Communicate directly with clients regarding their accounts and questions they may have by providing timely and accurate responses.
-Work with incoming clients to process legal and compliance documentation in line with industry regulations under time sensitive constraints.
-Enter all client data and updates to internal systems (CRM and client portals) quickly and accurately so the firm is using the most up to date information.
-Assist in sending regular/standardized outbound emails to investors out of email system using templates (LP invitations, closing notifications, fundraising updates, etc.)
What You'll Bring:
-4-year undergraduate degree preferred
-Minimum 3 years of experience in client/customer response role required
-Strong Excel, Word, Power Point and demonstrated data management skills
