As a Client Management Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting client programs, coordinating new implementations, solving business challenges, developing reporting insights, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Support the implementation and launch of new client programs by coordinating activities across internal stakeholders and functional teams.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for routine client inquiries, program support needs, and issue resolution while knowing when to escalate complex matters.

  • Track client deliverables, commitments, requests, reporting requirements, and follow-up activities to ensure timely execution.

  • Analyze operational and client data, develop reports and dashboards, identify trends, and provide actionable business insights.

  • Drive process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experience, operational efficiency, and program performance.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • At least 6 months of experience in client support, account coordination, customer success, project coordination, operations support, or a related business environment.

  • Demonstrated analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and support business decisions.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence and reporting tools.

  • Experience supporting client relationships, account management activities, customer escalations, or stakeholder coordination.

  • Background in telecommunications, mobile, wireless, retail, device protection, trade-in programs, or related industries.

  • Demonstrated success working in ambiguous environments, identifying process improvement opportunities, and operating independently with sound judgment.

What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?

  • General office demands. This position requires regular use of standard office equipment, prolonged periods of sitting, and occasional standing, walking, or lifting up to 10 pounds. How much should I expect to travel?

  • Approximately 5-10% travel based on business needs, including client meetings, business reviews, program implementations, relationship-building activities, and occasional office meetings.

Pay Range:

54,600.00 - 72,400.00

Pay Range:

$54,600.00 - $90,200.00

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
