Job Description

AECOM is seeking an Client Liason to be based in Los Angeles, CA.

Main responsibilities are, but not limited:

  • Participates in the coordination of administrative functions for one or more executives. 
  • Serves as a representative of the organization or in lieu of the executive. 
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and make decisions with discretion.
  • Performs a variety of complicated tasks. 
  • May direct and lead the work of others. 
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. 
  • Works with highly confidential information. 
  • May make administrative (logistics, travel, scheduling) decisions on behalf of the executive.

In addition:

  • Builds effective relations with key stakeholders and enable effective financial processes are designed and implemented (with respect to expenses of the team)
  • Effectively manages communication of outputs to key stakeholders, including team meetings, coordination of internal teams
  • Ensures time management and meeting organization, room requirements, interface with office requirements
  • Manage expenses / travel arrangements of internal team
  • Maintain and track on-boarding of individuals
  • Manage calendars of multiple leads and help prioritize conversations needed to be had

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

  • High School Diploma + 10 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience supporting executives
  • Previous experience with PgM project coordination
