USD 20.10 - 30.10 per hour
Compensation:
Hourly pay rate is in the range of $20.10 - $30.10/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Cox Business customer projects (new, upgrade, downgrade, transfer, etc.), handling the day-to-day order details.
- Partner closely with the sales organization to: Receive customer requirements and translate them into accurate orders.Set customers up for installations and other engagements.
- Ensure all required documentation is gathered and entered correctly in the appropriate systems.
- Act as the "glue" between sales, engineering, and field partners by: Scheduling orders.Verifying service codes, pricing, and other critical order details.
- Serve as the sales team's "wing-person" from initial sale through order submission, supporting timely and accurate processing.
- Provide a high-touch, customer-centric experience so customers feel like they are the only one being supported, and remain satisfied throughout their journey.
- Work from a home office environment, remaining self-starting, disciplined, and able to manage productivity amid potential at-home distractions.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a related field (e.g., administrative, data entry, or similar coordination roles).
- High school diploma or GED equivalency.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated effectiveness working with teams across the organization.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Knowledge of ICOMS and OMS (order management systems).
Work Environment
- Virtual/home-office role with minimal direct supervision.
