Job Description

The Client Experience, Awareness and Launch (CEAL) Project Manager focuses on ensuring our clients and colleagues are aware, engaged and prepared as we launch new products, services, and channel enhancements. In a rapidly changing financial services environment, we want to ensure that all clients and colleagues are fluent and adopt our constantly changing product and digital features and options. This is achieved by developing and delivering compelling, innovative, and fun experiences. This role will partner across multiple digital, product, and support teams to create and enhance a comprehensive support structure for critical product priorities and monthly launches. These will help drive deepened relationships, self-servicing and improve centrality for Consumer and Small Business clients in an increasingly competitive environment.

This role requires a highly organized and collaborative project manager who can lead complex work across multiple teams, priorities, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of mobile and online banking experiences, along with the ability to manage end-to-end user flows, supporting assets, and evolving digital content with accuracy and consistency. Success in this role requires strong communication, business acumen, and analytical skills, including the ability to translate data and digital insights into clear, compelling stories that demonstrate business impact. This individual must also be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, rapidly changing agile environment while partnering closely with UX, brand, product, and channel teams.

This is no “business as usual” role. To succeed, we need someone who is a high energy business transformer that understands how human + digital experiences benefit our clients and employees and can drive delivery of effective communication and engagement efforts.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in project management activities
  • 2-5 years of experience supporting digital experiences, online tools, or client-facing platforms
  • 2-5 years of experience in adult learning, readiness and communications

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Strong project management and stakeholder leadership skills, with the ability to lead multiple project focus areas simultaneously across teams, leaders, and business priorities; build effective cross-functional partnerships; manage competing timelines and deliverables; and influence progress across teams with differing goals and priorities.
  • Knowledge of mobile banking and online banking experiences, including the ability to understand, track, and manage end-to-end user flows, supporting visual assets, and evolving digital content with a high degree of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting digital and product enablement efforts, including simulations, readiness activities, adoption support, and resources that help clients and colleagues understand and confidently use new digital tools and product capabilities.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and adaptive skills, including the ability to identify gaps, track down information, remove blockers, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with quick turnaround times and evolving business needs.
  • Strong communication, business acumen, and analytical skills, with the ability to understand strategic priorities and translate them into clear tactics, disciplined execution, and measurable results; connect key data elements and digital insights to business outcomes; articulate bottom-line impact; and translate digital experiences, requirements, and performance insights into clear, compelling narratives for a variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering closely with UX, brand, product, digital, and channel teams, with an understanding of customer journey, usability, digital design considerations, and the ability to ensure content and visual assets align with established branding standards.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
