We’re looking for a Client Engagement & Transformation Manager to help Global Mobility teams transform how they work with Benivo.

You’ll work directly with clients from onboarding through adoption — understanding their challenges, designing solutions, leading implementation and helping them achieve measurable outcomes.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role combining Global Mobility expertise, consulting, technology and transformation.

Reporting to: Head of Client Transformation

What you’ll do

  • Lead client onboarding from discovery and solution design through go-live and adoption.
  • Act as a Global Mobility expert and trusted adviser to senior client stakeholders.
  • Lead workshops, solution discussions, UAT, training and change activities.
  • Translate complex Global Mobility processes into practical, scalable technology solutions.
  • Challenge existing ways of working and recommend better approaches.
  • Partner with Product and Technology to solve complex client needs.
  • Use AI and automation to improve client delivery and reduce manual work.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes, adoption and the value they get from Benivo.

Requirements

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of Global Mobility experience with strong practical knowledge of mobility programmes and processes.
  • Experience in client implementation, onboarding, consulting or transformation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Confident leading workshops and conversations with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and solution design skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Comfortable working with technology and excited about AI and automation.
  • Curious, proactive and comfortable challenging the status quo.
