Are you passionate about the financial world? For our legal entity Vontobel Swiss Financial Advisers (Vontobel SFA), a US licensed Registered Investment Adviser (RIA), we are looking for a Client Associate / Office Manager who will join our newly established Los Angeles branch and support the team.

What would your role be?

  • Take ownership and support the management of a client portfolio, putting the client’s needs in first place.
  • Be the go-to expert when it comes to the administration of the client’s accounts (openings, closings, cash managements, transfers, stock exchange orders and control of executions, fiduciary deposit renews, etc.).
  • Use keen foresight in anticipating new risks through the accurate monitoring of risk and compliance indicators.
  • Guide the relationship managers in KYC related matters, support them in the organization of client meetings and in the preparation of investment proposals.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all facility management-related topics, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Provide hands-on support for facility-related tasks, including minor repairs, furniture assembly, and equipment setup.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage office renovations, general cleaning topics, or reconfigurations.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in a similar position within the banking industry.
  • Fluency in English and effective communication skills. Additional languages would be an advantage.
  • A strong team-player and a strong interest for a high-level client service.
  • Good understanding of financial products and markets.
  • Excellent IT skills (software tools, MS office).

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000.
