About Think Jam

We are a leading entertainment creative agency serving the world’s top fandoms and franchises on the frontlines of social. We work in partnership with studios, streamers and IP holders to give these fandoms a voice on social media, and turn marketing channels into vibrant homes for entertainment, with highly engaged communities.

We are a globally remote, highly ambitious team, who bring their passion to work every day. We are curious about what’s next, move quickly, and believe emerging technology has the potential to fundamentally reshape how entertainment marketing is made.

About the role

Think Jam is looking for a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented Client Accounts Administrator to join our Accounts team in the US. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a strong eye for detail, excellent administrative skills and a natural ability to keep things organized.

Working closely with the Accounts team, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support across a portfolio of client accounts and projects. You will work closely with Account Managers and Directors and colleagues across the business, helping to keep projects organized, information accurate and communication flowing between clients and internal teams.

Previous experience within an entertainment or creative agency is not essential. We are interested in someone with strong administrative and organizational experience, ideally within a client-facing, project-based or fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Accounts team across client accounts and projects.
  • Review and maintain scopes of work, deliverables and project documentation.
  • Ensure client and project records are accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain the internal resourcing dashboard, ensuring project allocations and team capacity are accurately recorded.
  • Coordinate with Accounts and internal teams to track project timelines, workloads and deliverables.
  • Support the review and tracking of project scopes, budgets, cost estimates and spend.
  • Coordinate meetings, track actions and support communication across departments.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and proactively flag missing information or potential issues.
  • Coordinate Think Jam-sponsored events, industry awards entries, and networking opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in an administrative, account coordination, project coordination or client services role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence communicating with both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with Airtable is a plus.
  • Familiarity with and enthusiasm for AI tools, particularly Claude, is a plus.
  • Confident using internal systems, databases and project management tools, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to follow up on outstanding information and flag potential issues.
  • A team player who enjoys supporting others and contributing to the smooth running of a busy department.

Entertainment industry experience is not required. We are more interested in finding someone with the right organizational skills, attitude and ability to work collaboratively across a busy, multi-project environment.

Location

This is a US-based position, with Los Angeles, California preferred.

What We Offer

  • A dynamic and creative environment with an emphasis on company culture
  • The opportunity to work with top entertainment brands and franchises
  • A flexible, remote-first work culture
  • Competitive salary and benefits package

We strive to create a great environment and an opportunity to work with an excellent team of people. Like the rest of the team, you’ll benefit from:

  • Health insurance package
  • Parental leave package
  • 15 vacation days; rising 1 per year up to 20 days
  • 11 public holidays
  • Sick time, plus time off for birthdays, cultural/religious holidays, voting, and charity work.
  • 401K facility
  • Salary range: $40,000 - $60,000

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
