Serve as Pilot in Command of Citation X aircraft from the KSNA base, prioritizing passenger safety, service excellence, professionalism, crew collaboration, and schedule flexibility. The role requires extensive flight experience, including 4,000 total pilot hours, 2,000 hours of fixed-wing multi-engine PIC time, 3,000 multi-engine hours, and 250 hours PIC in type. Pilots must hold an ATP certificate, current FAA First Class Medical Certificate, Citation X PIC type rating, and reside in Southern California.

Desired Skills and Experience
To qualify as a STAJets pilot candidate, you must have the following:
- Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (Multi-Engine Land)
- Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate

PIC Minimums:
- 4,000 hours total pilot time
- 2,000 hours fixed-wing multi-engine PIC

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $185K–$225K Schedule: TBD
- 401(k) with 100% company match up to 4% of salary
