We’re backed by top-tier investors like Mosaic, General Catalyst, 8VC, Caffeinated Capital, and CareFirst, and partner with leading payers, providers, and manufacturers to serve members across nearly every state.
We’re scaling quickly — and we’re looking for a driven Chief of Staff to strengthen our operating system and help us stay focused on what matters most.
About the RoleHi — I’m Naama, CEO of Better Health. I’m looking for a sharp, driven Chief of Staff to work closely with me and our executive team. This is a high-trust, high-impact role — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to get things done, and is ready to grow as a strategic operator.
If you're a former or aspiring founder, this role will give you a front-row seat to company-building and the chance to run mission-critical initiatives. You’ll drive our internal operating system, manage priorities and OKRs, tackle cross-functional challenges, and act as a strategic extension of the CEO.
After this role, I’ll help you find your next big thing. If that means starting your own company, when you’re ready - we’ll back you, connect you, and help you build. We’ve done that before.
Important: We’re not reviewing traditional applications. This role requires hustle, creativity, and resourcefulness — so show us. Work your network. Find a warm intro. That’s how you’ll stand out, and that’s what this role will demand.
What You’ll DoOwn the company’s OKR system: lead weekly status reviews, ensure accountability, and track execution.
Meet regularly with department leads to surface risks, resolve blockers, and support follow-through.
Drive internal operating cadence: planning cycles, dashboards, calendars, follow-ups.
Synthesize updates and inputs for the CEO and leadership team.
Support high-priority strategic initiatives that cut across departments.
Strategize, prepare and coordinate materials for weekly executive meetings, board reporting, and team updates.
3–6 years of experience in startups, consulting, operations, or project management; MBA is a plus.
A proven track record of getting things done in fast-paced environments.
Expertise with OKRs, dashboards, and cross-functional project management — must-have.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills — clear, concise, BLUF-style.
Highly organized, self-directed, and able to prioritize without being told.
Bonus: Experience or interest in healthcare or healthtech.
This isn’t a back-office role — it’s an opportunity to sit in the engine room of a fast-moving healthtech company. You’ll have real visibility, influence strategic decisions, and play a critical role in making the business run better, faster, and smarter.
