To scale with grace, we need a Chief of Staff to serve as the COO's right hand and support the entire executive team.

You will own projects in recruiting, onboarding, finance, and procurement.

In this role you will...
  • Manage recruiting pipeline, handle screenings, and oversee global hiring compliance

  • Ensure every new hire has an exceptional onboarding

  • Oversee spend, vendor invoices, purchase orders, and expense reviews

  • Lead procurement efforts and negotiate discounts with vendors

  • Spearhead change‑management rollouts and company‑wide communications

  • Identify process bottlenecks and automate workflows

You will be a great fit if you...
  • Based in the United States and able to travel

  • Prefer to have influence rather than authority

  • 3-5 years in ops, EA, or CoS at high‑growth startups

  • Expert communicator across written and verbal channels

  • Proven record of wearing multiple hats and thriving under pressure

  • Comfortable with budgets, SaaS metrics, and basic financial analysis
