About the Opportunity: 

This is a critical hire and unique opportunity for someone who is interested in becoming a future CTO. You will be the President’s right-hand person and force-multiplier in many instances. You will partner closely and be involved with the executive daily interactions; having access to all the information they have and even substitute for the President in meetings. In this role, you will:

  • Ensure the President is working on the most important items for the company

  • Help complete priority items for the President to a high level of quality

  • Keep the President accountable for commitments, while helping keep reports accountable for results

  • Level up the executive team; providing effective feedback on ideas and proposals from team members

  • Amplify and improve the President’s communication

  • Be an effective substitute for when the President is needed; you will create accessibility and availability in the President’s schedule

  • Spearhead special projects on the President’s behalf

  • Oversee strategic business initiatives and assist executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation

  • Do whatever needs to be done

About You:
  • Degree in the natural sciences, engineering or similar

  • Experience in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration

  • Highly organized, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have broad strategic business knowledge

  • Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity

  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives

  • 2+ years of experience working at a technology company preferred 

  • Preferred experience with data analysis, budget management, consulting experience with a focus on operations management
