Summary of Position:

The Chief of Staff (Cos) will serve as a strategic partner and force multiplier to the CEO of the Legal Marketing vertical within the EverService portfolio. This role requires exceptional organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. The CoS will streamline operations, ensure key initiatives are executed with precision, and create leverage for the CEO across the agency’s leadership team, client relationships, and new business opportunities. This is a high-trust, high-impact position best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

The position is in-office, based in West Los Angeles, CA.

The CEO of EverService has a proven track record of success in the marketing services industry, including leading some of the most significant and profitable agency exits in the sector. With deep expertise in growth strategy, client acquisition, and operational scale, the CEO has repeatedly built high-performing organizations and driven market-leading outcomes. This role offers the rare opportunity to work alongside and learn directly from an entrepreneur with an exceptional history of success across marketing services businesses.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the CEO’s calendar, ensuring time is aligned with strategic priorities
  • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, helping prioritize and execute key initiatives
  • Prepare briefings, materials, and follow-ups for leadership, client, and investor meetings
  • Run leadership team meetings: set agendas, track follow-ups, and drive accountability
  • Lead cross-functional projects from concept to completion
  • Support business development and client success through research, preparation, and follow-through
  • Manage special projects and sensitive initiatives with discretion and professionalism

Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional experience in project management, operations, or supporting executives
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive cross-functional alignment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; experience managing senior executive calendars is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to distill complex ideas clearly
  • Analytical, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust across teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to work onsite in West Los Angeles, CA

The total compensation range for this salaried-exempt opportunity is $100,000 - $110,000, plus benefits. This target compensation range is subject to multiple factors including role, level, experience and location. As you go through the interview process, your recruiter will work with you to identify a competitive base salary within the proposed target compensation range that will get you excited about your future at EverService.
