Full-Service Restaurant Platform
Position OverviewThe Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for providing overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for a full-service restaurant organization. This role owns enterprise-wide performance, culture, and long-term value creation while ensuring consistent execution across all locations.
The CEO will work closely with the executive team, board, and key stakeholders to drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and a differentiated guest experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesSet and execute the company’s overall vision, strategy, and operating plan
Own full P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, margin performance, and cash flow
Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing executive leadership team
Ensure operational consistency, brand standards, and guest experience excellence across all units
Oversee financial discipline, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
Drive scalable systems and processes across operations, people, and technology
Partner with the board and investors on strategic initiatives, growth plans, and capital allocation
Foster a strong culture centered on accountability, hospitality, and continuous improvement
Senior executive or CEO experience within full-service or casual dining
Strong operational background with multi-unit leadership experience
Demonstrated financial acumen and P&L ownership
Proven ability to lead teams through growth, change, and complexity
Experience working with boards, ownership groups, or institutional capital preferred
Clear, decisive leadership style with a people-first mindset
Strategic thinker with hands-on operational credibility
Strong communicator across all levels of the organization
Results-driven while maintaining a focus on culture and values
Comfortable making decisions in fast-paced, margin-sensitive environments
