Main Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth: Drive sales and revenue across assigned territories through a mix of direct sales and broker channel partnerships.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies designed to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Broker Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with benefits brokers to ensure our solutions are included in their portfolio of offerings.
- Market Representation: Represent the company at industry conferences, broker meetings, and client-facing events to strengthen brand presence and credibility.
- Client Engagement: Lead executive-level presentations and product demos for HR decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise organizations.
- Market Insights: Track competitive activity and industry trends to help shape go-to-market strategies and inform product development.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain clear pipeline visibility for senior leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing to design and execute region-specific campaigns, and with customer success to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
- Performance Analysis: Review territory performance data to uncover growth opportunities and drive process improvements.
- Industry Expertise: Stay up to date on employee benefits regulations, trends, and competitive offerings to position the company as a leader in the space.
Core Requirements
- Industry Experience: 7–10+ years of B2B or B2B2C sales experience in SaaS, HR technology, or employee benefits, with a proven track record using enterprise sales methodologies.
- Sales Performance: History of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas and contributing to revenue growth.
- Hands-On Approach: Skilled in account planning, territory management, sales forecasting, and pipeline development.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to design and execute sales strategies, identify new opportunities, and adapt in a fast-changing market.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of employee benefits products, benefits administration platforms, and integration requirements.
- Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills with success building networks and long-term client partnerships.
- Negotiation Skills: Expertise in contract negotiations and complex deal structuring, with a focus on achieving win–win outcomes.
- Analytical Acumen: Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to support informed decision-making.
- Adaptability: Resilient and proactive in fast-paced environments, with strong initiative and commitment to results.
Salary Range
