The Channel Partnership Manager will drive revenue growth through broker partnerships, manage relationships, and educate brokers on the SaaS identity protection solution while providing market insights and forecasting.

Main responsibilities
- Revenue Growth: Drive sales and revenue through a mix of direct sales and broker channel partnerships.
- Broker Network Development: Identify, engage, and onboard employee benefit brokers to include our identity protection solution in their portfolio.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with broker partners through regular communication, in-person meetings, and virtual touchpoints.
- Product Education: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for brokers to ensure they understand the value proposition and technical aspects of our identity protection SaaS solution.
- Sales Enablement: Create and distribute compelling sales collateral, case studies, and proposal templates to support brokers in their sales efforts.
- Market Representation: Represent the company at industry conferences, broker meetings, and client-facing events to strengthen brand presence and credibility.
- Client Engagement: Lead executive-level presentations and product demos for HR decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise organizations.
- Market Insights: Track competitive activity and industry trends to help shape go-to-market strategies and inform product development.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain clear pipeline visibility for senior leadership.
Core requirements
- Industry Experience: 5–7+ years of experience developing and scaling broker or partner-led sales channels in employee benefits platforms, SaaS, or comparable industries
- Sales Performance: Proven track record of building and maintaining productive partnerships resulting in measurable revenue growth
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of employee benefits products, benefits administration platforms, broker ecosystem, sales cycles and integration requirements.
- Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills with success building networks and long-term client partnerships
- Communication Skills: Outstanding presentation and communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Proactive mindset with strong time management and organizational abilities
Salary range
- We are open to discuss salaries based on your skills. The bonuses will be paid based on the results achieved.
