We’re seeking a Channel Partner Director to grow and manage a subset of AbsenceSoft’s strategic partner relationships. In this role, you will recruit, onboard, and develop partners that expand our ecosystem and create meaningful revenue opportunities. You will build strong executive relationships, develop strategic account plans, and ensure partners are fully enabled for long-term success. This position is ideal for a collaborative, results-driven leader with deep experience managing B2B channel partnerships within a SaaS or technology environment.



What you'll do

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners to expand AbsenceSoft’s ecosystem.
  • Develop and negotiate partnership agreements aligned with company objectives.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with channel partners to drive engagement and revenue growth.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans tied to business priorities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners, providing guidance, support, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure partners have resources, tools, and campaigns for success.
  • Monitor partner performance, track KPIs, and provide insights and recommendations for continued growth.
  • Identify opportunities for partner expansion, upsell, and co-selling initiatives.
  • Support partner onboarding, training, and enablement programs.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and partner performance to inform strategy.
  • Participate in a highly compliant environment, ensuring organizational security and compliance controls are maintained.

What you'll bring

  • 6–8 years of experience in channel sales, partner account management, or related B2B sales roles.
  • Proven success in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding new partners.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and executive relationship-building abilities.
  • Demonstrated success managing and growing channel or partner accounts.
  • Strong strategic thinking, account planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Preferred: Experience in SaaS, HR tech, or B2B technology; familiarity with partner enablement tools or PRM platforms; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Compensation Transparency. Compensation range for this position is $116,760 - $145,950 annually, depending on experience and location.
