JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a visionary and data-driven Director of Partnership Marketing to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing initiatives that support our partner relationships and activities. As a fast-growing B2B healthcare technology company, we rely on a strong partner ecosystem to scale our impact across the healthcare landscape. This role will be critical in amplifying our brand and solutions through our partnership marketing efforts, working closely with strategic partners to build and deliver joint campaigns, co-branded content, and coordinated go-to-market plans. The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing program management, cross-functional collaboration, and partnership strategy. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong communicator, and experienced leader who can turn insights into actionable plans that drive business impact.

 

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Oversee partnership marketing programs -- collaborate with strategic partners to co-create campaigns, manage joint marketing initiatives, and ensure alignment on objectives and outcomes.

2. Serve as the primary marketing contact for strategic channel and product partners.

3. Collaborate closely with product marketing, communications, sales, and the partner/channel team to ensure program alignment and consistency.

4. Lead the development and execution of integrated partnership marketing programs across channels such as digital, events, content, and social media.

5. Drive the creation of marketing assets including co-branded collateral, partner toolkits, joint webinars, and case studies.

6. Oversee partner marketing calendar and coordinate timing of launches and initiatives for maximum impact.

7. Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, customer insights, and internal performance data to inform strategic decision-making.

8. Collaborate across marketing in areas such as brand, content, product marketing and digital to execute strategic initiatives.

9. Partner with Sales, Product, and Client Success to ensure unified go-to-market strategies and messaging.

10. Support executive communications and board-level reporting with clear articulation of marketing's strategic impact.

 

JOB SCOPE:

The Director of Partnership Marketing will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing strategic market programs that drive customer engagement and revenue growth. This role involves developing targeted marketing campaigns, managing program budgets, and analyzing program performance to ensure alignment with business goals. The Director will work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to create cohesive and effective market strategies. Additionally, the Director will foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market analysis, excellent project management skills, and a proven ability to deliver impactful marketing programs.

Preferred Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):
 
* 7+ years of experience in marketing, business strategy, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership capacity.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field; MBA or equivalent strategic experience preferred.
* Proven track record of building and executing high-impact marketing strategies in B2B and/or B2C environments.
* Demonstrated success managing partnership marketing programs or co-branded initiatives.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and externally with partners.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to influence at all levels of the organization.
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
* Proficient with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Asana, or similar platforms.
* Experience in the healthcare and/or technology industry.
* Familiarity with partner ecosystems such as tech alliances, resellers, or channel partners.
* Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable
* Individual in this position must be able to work in a standard office environment which requires sitting and viewing monitor(s) for extended periods of time, operating standard office equipment such as, but not limited to, a keyboard, copier and telephone
* 10-20% travel.
 

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $140-150K.  Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity.  This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
