About the Role:

CrowdStrike is currently looking for a Channel Account Manager supporting sales leaders and reps within the corporate customer segment. Success in this position will require developing & implementing a strategic plan to exceed expectations and significantly grow the partner pipeline and overall channel success of your teams.

Candidates have to be based in the Austin or Sunnyvale vicinity. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategically develop the channel sales strategy & execution for the sellers and leaders you support.

  • Generate pipeline generation for your sellers through the relationships with our resellers, tech alliance partners, distributors, and cloud partners

  • Organize and present at call out days, account mappings, campaigns, enablement sessions, etc. 

  • Demonstrate the ROI of your activities using data around pipeline generation, deal registrations, and other KPIs

  • Work alongside your channel counterparts (national partner team, distribution, cloud, etc.) to assist with national and regional partner strategies and campaigns.

  • Provide marketing/sales literature to partners, assist with sales discount pricing, channel programs and channel promotions/incentives.

What You’ll Need:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

  • Conflict resolution skills

  • University/College degree

  • 2+ Years experience working at a software company or partner company (reseller, tech alliance partner, distributor, or cloud provider)

  • A proven track record of success and exceeding revenue targets

  • Strategic thinker and hunter mentality who takes initiative and is capable of hands-on problem solving as well as ability to generate ideas and solutions.

  • A strong communicator and presenter, who possesses strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills as well as sound interpersonal skills

  • Motivated and focused self-starter with strong leadership skills who is able to multi-task, work independently or within a team

  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes

  • Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $50,000 - $80,000 per year, with eligibility for commissions, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
