Our Channel is exploding and we are expanding the team! As the second Channel Account Manager (CAM) to join BlinkOps, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our North East territory partner ecosystem. We’ve laid the groundwork and now we’re looking for a driven, strategic relationship-builder to own and accelerate our footprint across the North East territory.

In this role, you will be the face of BlinkOps to our partner community. Your mission is simple: Turn partners into an extension of our team by making BlinkOps the most profitable, exciting, and innovative technology - specifically within Agentic AI and security automation space - in their portfolios.

This is a remote position in the US NorthEast. Preferred location should be New York or Massachusetts.

Your responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue & Growth: Achieve and exceed partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets across the North East territory.
  • Partner Recruitment & Expansion: Leverage your existing network to identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing, security-focused partners.
  • Execute the Strategy: Develop and execute regional quarterly business plans with focus partners - aligning enablement, marketing campaigns, field events, and pipeline generation to exceed revenue targets.
  • Co-Selling Mastery: Act as the liaison between BlinkOps’ AEs and Partner Reps to build trust, facilitate joint account planning, and ensure flawless execution in the field.
  • Enablement: Deliver compelling training and workshops to ensure partner sales and technical teams can effectively position, demo, and sell the value of Agentic AI.
  • Field Presence: Be the partner advocate for security automation in your territory, representing BlinkOps at regional industry events and partner roadshows.
Requirements

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: 5+ years of quantifiable success in Channel Management and/or Partner Sales within Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, or a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Established Network: Deep, pre-existing relationships with key security partners (VARs and MSSPs) across the North East US.
  • Execution Mindset: A track record of taking a high-level channel strategy and successfully operationalizing it to consistently meet or exceed quotas.
  • High Drive & Autonomy: The hustle and grit required to thrive as an early member of an expanding Channel team, with the proven ability to manage a massive territory independently.
  • Travel: Ability and willingness to travel within the territory (approx. 30-50%) for face-to-face partner engagement and events.

Additional Information:

The annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 — $140,000 USD + Variable Compensation.

Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level.
