Sands Investment Group (SIG), one of the nation's fastest growing real estate firms as named by RE Forum, is seeking highly motivated Advisors within the Debt and Equity space to join our dynamic and collaborative new team in our Los Angeles location.

Successful candidates will:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with real estate advisors/brokers, sponsors, and developers that can evolve into capital advisory opportunities.
  • Manage the full deal cycle from outreach to closure, ensuring the quality of client and capital request deliverables, with support from leadership along the way as needed.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail through written and verbal communication.
  • Operate within a team framework to identify the most promising opportunities for pursuit.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of underwriting, credit policies, and financial markets.
  • Participate in real estate and finance conferences and events with the team (ICSC/CREFC/GlobeSt/MBA/Interface and more).
  • Demonstrate forward-thinking and entrepreneurial problem-solving skills, with a talent for negotiation and client relationship-building.
  • Be self-motivated by a 100% commission structure.
  • Embrace a team-oriented mindset
  • Have 2+ years experience in the banking, finance or investment real estate industry
  • Embrace a culture that is about consistent improvement and always "working smarter" with the help of technology and streamlined processes at the forefront.
  • Encourage a collaborative mindset within the capital markets team, fostering teamwork and cooperation with the nearly 200 individuals in the SIG management, support and advisory teams.
  • Have 2+ years experience in the banking, finance or investment real estate industry.
