The Campus Recruiter is responsible for university recruiting initiatives, managing candidate pipelines, and executing on-campus engagement events to attract entry level talent.

Who We Want
As a Campus Recruiter, you will be responsible for supporting Arrive Logistics' Entry Level pipeline needs via University and Campus Recruiting initiatives. You will partner with career services and faculty to execute best-in-class, early talent engagement events. The Campus Recruiter will collaborate with Arrive's Sales Recruiting team, prioritizing the entry-level pipeline generated by our campus recruiting strategy.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with university faculty, career service staff, and professors nationwide to help increase brand exposure and reputation on campus.
- High volume outreach to college students to introduce the opportunities at Arrive Logistics and build a candidate pipeline to support all office locations.
- Manage and own the full-cycle recruiting process for new graduate candidates across multiple roles and offices.
- Contribute to team hiring goals while maintaining a set of individual performance metrics
- Independently assess candidates to determine if their capabilities match the job requirements.
- Plan and execute on-campus events with a focus on early engagement, education, and strategic branding.
- Partner with Arrive Sales Reps and Managers, who will serve as Talent Scouts on campus periodically throughout the season
- Partner with the Talent and Campus Programs Manager on strategic initiatives related to the current and future staffing needs of the business and develop recruiting/sourcing strategies to meet those needs.
- Provide feedback and insight regarding the entry-level talent pool to Talent and Campus Programs Manager.
- Leverage data to lead the development and execution of campus recruiting and early talent strategies.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
- 1+ year(s) of Sales, Recruiting or HR experience
- A passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional candidate experience.
- Team player with a strong sense of urgency.
- Proven ability to connect and interact with students, faculty and staff to build productive relationships.
- Must be able to understand and explain detailed job descriptions and company culture
- Ability to travel up to 25% during peak recruiting cycles and work flexible hours as needed.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards and social media tools and strategies to attract talent, preferred.
