Job Description

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Campaign Manager to join our Corporate Marketing team, with a strong focus on content, technical storytelling, and brand-led campaigns. This role partners closely with business units to understand priorities, shape campaign narratives, and build integrated marketing roadmaps aligned to broader Account-Based Marketing (ABM) go-to-market strategies.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and editor with a proactive hands-on mindset—comfortable translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content across channels. Success in this role requires excellent organization, the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel, and a collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the technology or consulting industry, particularly supporting ABM and multi-channel campaigns, will enable this individual to thrive.

Job Description

Integrated Campaign Strategy & Planning: Own end-to-end campaign strategy—from concept through execution—developing cohesive, multi-channel campaigns that align to business priorities, ABM strategy, and brand standards.

Content & Technical Messaging Leadership: Translate complex technical offerings into clear, compelling campaign narratives. Lead development of core messaging, technical copy, value propositions, and content frameworks across digital, sales, and partner channels.

Campaign Execution & Orchestration: Manage timelines, deliverables, and workflows across creative, demand, product, and agency teams to ensure campaigns launch on time, on brand, and with consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

Brand Consistency & Quality Control: Act as a brand steward across campaigns, ensuring tone, voice, visual alignment, and messaging consistency while raising the quality and clarity of campaign outputs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder & Business Unit Partnership: Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand priorities and translate them into focused campaign initiatives that support go-to-market objectives and sales enablement needs.

  • Campaign Performance & Optimization: Define campaign success metrics, monitor performance across channels, and analyze results to optimize messaging, content effectiveness, and audience engagement. Analyze performance data to deliver actionable insights, optimize messaging and channel mix, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness through testing and iteration.

  • Own campaign activation workflows, timelines, and production execution in partnership with creative, demand, and agency teams. Ensure campaigns are launched efficiently, tracked accurately, and reported clearly across platforms. Establish repeatable campaign frameworks, templates, and best practices to scale high-quality campaign execution efficiently across teams.

  • Narrative Development & Content Strategy: Lead campaign narrative development and content strategy tailored to diverse North American audiences, including public and private sector stakeholders. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and audience-specific messaging.

  • Content Creation & Editorial Leadership: Drive the creation of high-impact content assets—including case studies, whitepapers, thought leadership, solution briefs, and executive presentations—while ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and brand standards.

  • Cross-Functional Messaging Alignment: Collaborate closely with leadership, sales, solution architects, partners, and agencies to align campaign messaging, value propositions, and technical positioning across all customer touchpoints.

  • Multi-Market & Localization Strategy: Partner with global marketing teams to adapt and localize campaign content for regional market dynamics, ensuring cultural relevance and consistency across languages and markets.

  • Sales & Partner Enablement Support: Support integrated campaigns that align marketing initiatives with sales priorities and partner ecosystem strategies, delivering content and messaging that accelerates adoption, pipeline, and customer outcomes.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
