As a member of the Marketing Outreach and engagement team, our Campaign Marketing Manager II or Senior develops and executes omni-channel marketing strategies across Cambia brands, driving consumer engagement through traditional and digital channels. This role leads personalized communications, manages campaign performance, and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Success requires expertise in both traditional and digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining brand consistency across all platforms – all in service of creating a person-focused health care experience.

What You Bring to Cambia: 

Qualifications:  

  • Campaign Marketing Manager II would have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field and 5+ of experience in Campaign or Omni-channel marketing with a proven track record of developing and managing marketing campaigns that drive business results or equivalent combination of education and experience.  

  • Campaign Marketing Manager Senior would have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field (MBA preferred) and 8+ of experience in Campaign or Omni-channel marketing with a proven track record of developing and managing marketing campaigns that drive business results or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills and Attributes: 

We are currently seeking candidates for two positions: one centered on Medicare experience and another focusing on Partnership marketing.

  • Expertise building and executing campaigns within email marketing systems, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud or MessageGears

  • Experience with health care industry or highly regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, or pharmaceutical / medical device.

  • Develops and executes omni-channel marketing strategies across traditional and digital channels

  • Leads campaign development and optimization through data-driven insights

  • Creates personalized communications that enhance brand awareness and customer engagement

  • Manages campaign performance metrics and KPIs across multiple platforms

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging

  • Balances competing priorities while maintaining focus on customer experience

  • Stays current with emerging marketing technologies and industry trends

  • Drives innovation in campaign execution while adhering to brand guidelines

What You Will Do at Cambia:  

  • Develop and execute comprehensive omni-channel marketing strategies that align with enterprise messaging and drive growth across health plan lines-of-business

  • Lead campaign development and optimization across digital platforms, including email, SMS, push, web, and traditional channels to increase customer engagement and brand awareness

  • Partner with digital product and data teams, to drive segmentation, implement data integration, automation, and personalization initiatives

  • Manage campaign performance through analytics, A/B testing, and KPI tracking while maintaining budget accountability

  • Drive consumer insights and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions and improve communication effectiveness

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns that enhance customer experience and drive enrollment

  • Serve as primary stakeholder contact for agency relationships, project prioritization, and strategic planning while ensuring brand consistency

The expected hiring range for a Campaign Marketing Manager II is $83,300 - $90,000 and the Campaign Marketing Manager Senior is $110,500 - $120,000 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for the Campaign Marketing Manager II is 10% and the Campaign Marketing Manager Senior is 15%.  The current full salary range for the Campaign Marketing Manager II role is $78,000 - $128,000 and the Campaign Marketing Manager Senior is $104,000 - $169,000. #LI-hybrid #LI-remote
