Action Property Management, the leader in community management, is seeking part-time On-Call Front Desk Associates to join our team to fill in at various luxury associations throughout the assigned area.
Schedule: Shifts vary depending on business needs. You can choose your hours. Sample shifts include: 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM, 11:00 AM- 7:30 PM, 2:00 PM- 10:30 PM, and 10:00 PM- 6:30 AM.
On-Call Front Desk Associates have the ability to sign up for open shifts ahead of time and also might be called in for emergency situations.
This position will support the LA/OC team providing front desk coverage at properties throughout the Los Angeles/OC area.
Must be available to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month.
This is a flexible role where you can create your own schedule. Sample shifts include 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM, 11:00 AM- 7:30 PM, 2:00 PM- 10:30 PM, and 10:00 PM- 6:30 AM.
Compensation: $21.00 per hour and $27.00 per hour on Action observed holidays.

Job Responsibilities
- Represent Action Property Management and the association by greeting residents, guests, and other visitors at the Front Desk in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Maintain the appearance of the Front Desk area, Lobby, and main elevators
- Monitor lobby activity and maintain access control
- Provide concierge services
- Complete the Daily Activity Report
- Receive and distribute resident parcels
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Address resident and guest concerns and questions
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the association's governing documents
