CAHPS Technology Consultant

Our Healthcare Industry Team is addressing rapid growth that requires expertise in regulatory programs for patient experience as well as payers.
Intent is to address rapid growth within healthcare that requires expertise in regulatory programs and Qualtrics technology for healthcare providers as well as payors. This position would be responsible for the technical implementation of all CAHPS and other regulatory programs to ensure continuity of data management and consistency of delivery for all customers. This role would connect the dots across CAHPS, the larger PX programs, health connect, and any additional connection points into the Qualtrics platform.
How You’ll Find Success
- Oversee CAHPS survey quality management from data intake all the way through data dashboard reporting.
- Identify gaps in the implementation process, compliance issues, data security, data storage issues and work with appropriate resources to address
- Ensuring all required data fields are setup and populated correctly and consistently for each client at implementation
- Coordinate and advise on data accuracy that will eventually feed data submission.
- Responsible for accuracy of all CAHPS data and compliance throughout implementation
- Be proficient in use of the Excel, .CSV, .XML, .XLS and common data file formats.
- Partner with Qualtrics or Partner implementation teams to oversee the CAHPS technical implementation process, ensure full compliance with all regulatory guidelines are met for data transmission via SFTP or Healthconnect.

Things You’ll Do
- Rapidly become an expert on the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform and related solutions
- Enable clients on the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform and related solutions
- Coordinating and managing technical compliance and monitoring with Engineering and partners
- Oversee and provide subject matter expertise to the implementation team for E2E testing for CAHPS compliance
- Manage data quality during implementation in preparation for data submission
- Enable partners as it relates to overlap of CAHPS programs with PX programs
- Planning CAHPS program enhancements with Engineering and Product
- Identifying process and architectural gaps
- Improve coordination between cross-functional teams to manage customer needs and regulatory requirements
- Assisting in scaling CAHPS/Healthcare technical programs at Qualtrics
- Partnering with key healthcare stakeholders (Sales, implementation, CS, TAM, etc,) to plan future program growth and enhancements
- Leading large strategic initiatives in the CAHPS, Magnet and Regulatory space
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Data Science, Technical Engineering and Regulatory program oversight is preferred
- 2+ years with Voice of Customer, Direct Customer Experience, Familiar with Qualtrics Platform, CAHPS program management experience preferred.
- Superb communication and project management skills
- Comfortable in a fast-pace, and highly competitive environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly through both written and spoken mode
- Ability to create and maintain a thorough project plan across multiple areas of the business and client
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams
- Survey Research Knowledge
- Knowledge and experience with government regulatory programs
- Experience in execution of many aspects of CX program delivery, including: survey design and execution, data analysis, dashboard and reporting, making best practice recommendations specific to CAHPS

- The Regulatory Team collaborates cross functionally with many different areas of the organization to brainstorm, troubleshoot and innovate to meet customer needs.
- The team works closely with our Product and Engineering teams to design and test new technology features to meet changing programs requirements
- 10% Travel required for this role
