Client 360 (C360) is a flagship data and analytics platform that delivers a singular, consistent, and comprehensive view JPMorgan’s client relationships across the Commercial & Investment Bank and Private Bank. C360 integrates data from dozens of internal domains (financials, coverage, interactions, credit, organizational hierarchy) and enriches it with external intelligence to power frontline workflows, analytics dashboards, AI-driven insights, and executive reporting. The platform serves bankers, portfolio managers, and business leaders across Global Banking, Markets, Securities Services, Payments and the Private Bank. We operate an end-to-end Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) that moves from discovery through rapid Proof of Product to production-grade delivery, building code-ready deliverables that let us test, learn, and create real value at pace. CIB Digital Platform & Services (DPS) is responsible for delivering this effort.

Job responsibilities
  • Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
  • Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
  • Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
  • Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
  • Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
  • Partner with Business Initiative teams and Data Domain Leads to aggregate cross-domain data, derive business-ready metrics, and run rapid Proof of Product cycles that validate value before scaling to production.
  • Drive data product development through the full PDLC, from discovery and requirements through code-ready Proof of Product deliverables, using agentic workflows to accelerate iteration with engineering and data teams.
  • Champion adoption and consumption of data products across CIB. Think like a start-up building its customer base: support front-end views and self-service experiences that make data tangible for end users and drive measurable engagement.
  • Partner with Product Managers to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of JPM’s customers and the market through user research and discovery.
  • Partner with data scientists to derive business insights using data analytics (e.g. Alteryx, Graph) and forward-looking AI/ML capabilities.

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy

  • Interest in operating across Private Equity, Venture Capital, Corporate, and other client segments within JPM’s CIB ecosystem, preferably with relevant domain experience.
  • Familiarity with AI development lifecycles, including prompt engineering, model evaluation, or agentic workflows, or a genuine appetite to learn. You should see AI as a force multiplier for moving from idea to Proof of Product at pace.
  • Track record of demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting, and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to a variety of audiences.
  • A scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset: you care about making data real for the people who consume it, building a customer base for your products, and creating tangible value fast. Think start-up energy inside a global bank, where every front-end view, dashboard, and data feed is a product you own and grow.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
