BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PRODUCT ANALYST - REMOTE
We are seeking a Business Solutions Product Analyst to serve as a key subject matter expert on our PM, EHR, and EDI solutions. In this role, you will maximize the value and effectiveness of our product offerings by supporting internal teams, partners, and clients. Acting as a brand ambassador, you’ll ensure our solutions are optimized for efficiency, profitability, and growth across all product areas.
Responsibilities:
- Product Expertise & Leadership: Act as the primary subject matter expert for all Business Solutions products, including EHR VAR relationships and direct client support.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Serve as the main liaison with vendors, managing relationships, ordering, cancellations, and ensuring alignment with service level agreements and client expectations.
- Financial Oversight: Review and approve financial reports, reconciliations, and invoices; partner with Finance on month-end close processes, revenue tracking, and COGS reconciliation.
- Asset & Inventory Control: Oversee asset management and inventory processes to maintain accuracy and optimize client/vendor financial tracking.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Support, Consulting, Sales, Account Management, and Leadership to align on product goals and drive success.
- Performance Tracking & KPIs: Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators to measure product effectiveness and inform strategic planning.
- Training & Product Adoption: Lead internal training sessions and certifications to ensure full understanding and adoption of products across all teams.
- Client Engagement & Support: Conduct proactive client outreach and serve as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities for improvement, upsell, and roadmap alignment.
- Strategic Insights & Roadmap Management: Maintain product roadmaps, contribute to pricing strategies, and support leadership with market insights and strategic recommendations.
- Process Optimization & SOP Development: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and ensure consistency across the department.
- Revenue Growth & Profitability: Analyze product margins, identify areas for cost optimization, and support revenue enablement efforts across LMS and EDI offerings.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends to ensure product offerings remain competitive and aligned with customer expectations.
- Executive Support & Strategic Guidance: Provide executive leadership with performance analysis, growth opportunities, and recommendations for future initiatives.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years in product management, business analysis, or healthcare operations, with specific experience in vendor ordering, cancellations, asset and product lifecycle management.
- Revenue & Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of revenue enablement strategies, vendor cost reconciliation, margin analysis, and month-end financial processes.
- Analytical & Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Communication & Presentation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of delivering clear, engaging presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to assess complex business and technical challenges.
- Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare product regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Experience interacting with various levels of management and understanding client solution requirements.
- Self-Motivation & Initiative: High energy, dependable, and proactive with strong initiative and consistent follow-through.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional time and task management abilities; self-directed and highly organized.
- Adaptability in Fast-Paced Environments: Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-moving settings with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
- Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
