Job Title/High-Level Position Summary: We are seeking a Solutions Architect with expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse to join the Enterprise IT Applications team. This role will focus on architecting, designing, configuring, testing, and deploying end-to-end supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse and its integration with Oracle ERP and other enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Kinaxis RapidResponse capabilities in areas such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (SIOP), and Inventory Optimization. The role requires configuring Kinaxis, identifying process gaps, designing automation solutions, and optimizing planning processes to improve productivity, reduce cycle times, and enhance supply chain efficiency.

This position involves close collaboration with business users, IT business partners, global business leaders, and IT Centers of Excellence (COEs) to evaluate business challenges, articulate solutions, and lead the enterprise-wide deployment of Kinaxis RapidResponse as the organization's standard supply chain planning tool while ensuring seamless integration with Oracle ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Architecture & Design: Design and implement supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse, integrated with Oracle ERP and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW).
  • Design and implement scalable supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse while ensuring compatibility with Oracle ERP, other planning platforms, and SCM tools.
  • Business Process Analysis: Analyze end-to-end supply chain planning processes, identify improvement opportunities, automate processes, and enhance efficiency.
  • Develop a strategic roadmap for expanding planning capabilities beyond Kinaxis, incorporating advanced forecasting, AI-driven analytics, and integration with other supply chain technologies.
  • Solution Implementation: Lead Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation for Demand Planning, Supply Planning, MRP, ATP, Capacity Planning, SIOP, and Aftermarket Planning.
  • Work directly with Kinaxis as a vendor, including managing upgrades, patch deployments, troubleshooting, performance tuning, new installations, and system expansion.
  • Workshops & Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and propose Kinaxis-based solutions.
  • Configuration & Development: Configure Kinaxis RapidResponse modules, including Worksheets, Alerts, Metrics, Scorecards, Control Sets, Dashboards, and Planning Analytics.
  • Integration & Data Management: Design and manage data flows between Kinaxis RapidResponse and Oracle ERP to ensure seamless inbound and

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

  • 12-14 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, with expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse and Oracle ERP integration.
  • Proven experience leading cross-platform planning solution implementations with at least two or three full-cycle projects in Kinaxis RapidResponse and other planning tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Kinaxis RapidResponse seeded resources, including Worksheets, Alerts, Scorecards, and Control Sets, and ability to extend these solutions to other SCM systems.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deploy Kinaxis RapidResponse as the enterprise standard planning tool while ensuring scalability to other planning solutions.
  • Expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Planning Master Data, including Items, BOMs, Work Centers, Routings, Vendors, and Customers.
  • Hands-on experience integrating Kinaxis RapidResponse with Oracle ERP (Cloud/EBS) and other SCM systems for real-time planning execution.
  • Ability to architect scalable supply chain planning solutions, incorporating AI/ML-driven analytics and other emerging technologies.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to drive enterprise-wide planning standardization and expansion.
  • Additional experience with Oracle ASCP, Demand Planning, MRP, and other advanced supply chain planning tools is a plus.

Travel Requirements:

  • Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time; both domestic and international travel may be required.
  • Work-related travel assignments typically range from 1 to 5 days and may necessitate overnight stays out of town.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Experience dealing with users across multiple geographies.
  • Holding Kinaxis Rapid Response certification, APICS(CSCP, CPIM), or Oracle certifications can be a plus
