About Us
Atari, one of the world's most iconic entertainment brands, is a pioneer in interactive entertainment. About the Role
Atari is seeking a highly organized, systems-minded Business Operations Product Manager to scale our operational infrastructure. Working across business operations, Salesforce administration, and systems implementation, you’ll partner with leadership and internal development teams to translate business needs into scalable processes, workflows, documentation, and technical requirements.
This is not a sales or business development role. You’ll own Salesforce administration, improve data integrity and operational efficiency, develop user training and documentation, and support the end-to-end commercial workflow from opportunities and agreements through contract execution and reporting.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator, owning configuration, data integrity, user support, platform optimization, and the alignment of Salesforce data models, workflows, automation, and reporting with business processes.
- Design, document, and continuously improve commercial processes and workflows across our media, entertainment, and IP businesses.
- Own operational workflows for business opportunities, agreements, contracts, and related Salesforce records, partnering with Legal to improve contract review, approvals, execution, and post-execution tracking.
- Manage and optimize integrations between Salesforce and related tools, including internally developed tools and repositories and third-party applications DocuSign, ensuring accurate agreement and contract data across systems.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify operational bottlenecks, prioritize improvements, and implement scalable systems-based solutions.
- Translate business requirements into prioritized specifications, implementation plans, testing criteria, and rollout documentation; facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout delivery.
- Validate system functionality and business requirements during implementation and support successful adoption of new capabilities.
- Define reporting and dashboard requirements for opportunities, agreements, contracts, approvals, execution status, and commercial performance.
- Develop user documentation, training materials, governance standards, and best practices to drive Salesforce adoption, data quality, and operational compliance.
- Support AI-enabled initiatives by defining use cases, documenting requirements, and helping operationalize AI-powered workflows.
What We're Looking For
- 3 - 5 years of experience in business operations, or related functions, ideally in a fast-paced or growth-stage environment; games industry background a plus but not required.
- 3 - 5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience is required.
- Proven ability to design, document, and improve business processes and operational workflows.
- Experience translating business needs into clear technical requirements for development teams.
- Experience creating user guides, training materials, and operational documentation.
- Strong ownership mindset - comfortable identifying problems and building solutions.
- Proven proficiency with leveraging AI for efficiency and solutioning.
- Ability to pull, clean, and analyze data, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with legal workflows in business development organizations
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills and experience partnering with executive leadership.
