Position Summary:
The Business Development Sales Support will assist in pipeline management, data management, customer service calls, and other administrative functions. This role must understand products and attributes, customer needs and underwriting requirements. Will collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure overall contractor success.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in pipeline management. Answer any questions in regards to loan conditions and status. Work with the contractor to move a loan from application to funding.
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of GoodLeap products understand customer needs and requirements to assist contractors as needed with questions.
- Work in collaboration with Business Development team to ensure Contractor success.
Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
- 1 year home improvement experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer focused
- Attention to detail
Compensation: $50-$60k
