- Identify and research potential clients within target markets who may benefit from managed IT services.
- Use various methods (cold calls, emails, networking events, social media) to engage potential customers.
- Initiate contact with prospects to understand their IT challenges and business goals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through consistent follow-up and nurturing strategies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions for potential clients.
- Present MSP services, highlighting benefits such as cost savings, improved efficiency, and enhanced security.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings or demonstrations between prospects and senior sales representatives or technical teams.
- Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions in CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the MSP space.
- Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams to refine strategies and campaigns.
- Meet or exceed individual targets for lead generation, qualified opportunities, and revenue contribution.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
- Driven, Self Motivated, and possess a growth mindset with a strong desire to consistently meet and exceed performance metrics
- Written and verbal communication skills are essential; must have comfortability conducting conversations via phone and email.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Team first mind set and a collaborative spirit
- Adapting well to change, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- 1 year of professional working experience; prior experience in a customer facing, sales – related role being a significant advantage
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot).
- Experience with MSPs and IT Infrastructure
