It is a very exciting time of growth for our Go-to-Market team, and we are currently hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) 

This role can be located anywhere in the United States, but we would prefer Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Chicago, Phoenix or Tampa.

What will my role be?

As a Quisitive Business Development Representative (BDR), you will partner with your assigned Account Executives (AE) to define value propositions and go-to market strategies. You will lead demand generation activities, sell directly to Quisitive prospective customers, and accelerate time-to-close on key opportunities for Quisitive’s line of solutions and services. You will be responsible for prospecting and identifying new leads using our sales engagement tools, timely follow-up on leads generated by Quisitive’s marketing engine, articulating value propositions to prospects and customers, scheduling introductory calls for Quisitive AEs, and opportunity follow-through as appropriate. Duties will include:

  • Executing significant outbound calls and emails each day in a professional and creative manner using Quisitive’s sales enablement tools
  • Articulating Quisitive’s business value to potential customers over the phone and online through strategic, marketing tactics
  • Presenting introductory demos and relevant content to educate potential customers
  • Collecting market data during customer outreach to understand prospective customer needs and effectively communicating those needs to the Quisitive marketing team
  • Setting lead/opportunity follow-up meetings with potential customers and Quisitive AEs
  • Forecasting and account opportunity planning

What’s required?

  • First and foremost, you should enjoy what you do and have an enthusiastic attitude!
  • High-energy, motivated self-starter and team player; ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Inside sales experience making outbound prospective client calls
  • Experience with lead generation activities: targeted digital campaigns, list building, etc.
  • Nationally (U.S.) focused sales experience
  • Professional phone presence and demeanor
  • Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate value proposition and use cases
  • Ability to generate and articulate actionable customer data
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work across organization functional boundaries
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assignments and projects
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Solution offerings
  • Disposition to handle change effectively
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Previous inside selling experience for a leading Microsoft Systems Integrator (SI)
