Are you passionate about technology, relationship building, and helping customers unlock business growth? Ingram Micro is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our customers, vendor partners, and sales teams by driving adoption of innovative technology solutions and maximizing outcomes through the Xvantage platform.

In this highly visible role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers and vendors, helping accelerate customer acquisition, pipeline growth, solution adoption, training enablement, and sales success. You'll leverage data-driven insights, industry expertise, and strong relationship management skills to create value and uncover new business opportunities.

What You'll DoDrive Customer and Vendor Success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, reseller partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer business objectives, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Deliver strategic recommendations that help customers maximize platform adoption and business outcomes.
  • Support customer acquisition, retention, upgrades, and cross-sell initiatives.
Champion Xvantage Adoption
  • Leverage platform insights and analytics to identify growth opportunities for customers and vendor partners.
  • Increase engagement and utilization of the Xvantage platform across assigned accounts.
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations that drive business performance.
Enable Solution Sales
  • Develop expertise across Ingram Micro's portfolio of technology solutions and services.
  • Partner with sales teams to identify customer needs and recommend solutions aligned to business objectives.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including solution presentations, product demonstrations, customer consultations, and proposal development.
  • Create and deliver sales enablement materials, presentations, and customer-facing content.
Deliver Training & Enablement
  • Conduct training sessions and educational programs for customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure a strong understanding of available solutions, services, and value-added offerings.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive market dynamics.
Collaborate Across the Business
  • Work closely with vendors to stay informed on product updates, promotions, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Vendor Management.
  • Contribute to business growth strategies and ongoing process improvements.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, customer success, solution sales, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and results orientation.
  • Experience collaborating across teams and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within the technology, SaaS, cloud, distribution, or IT solutions industry.
  • Knowledge of sales enablement, partner management, customer success, or platform-based solutions.
  • Experience leveraging data and analytics to identify growth opportunities and drive business decisions.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $49,500.00 - $79,200.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance. U.S.-based employees have access to healthcare benefits, paid time off, parental leave, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and wellbeing benefits, among others.
