About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. You will be remote, located in California or Texas. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven success in selling to HR or Benefits leaders in the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, generating leads, and nurturing relationships to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification:

    • Proactively research and identify potential clients within the US markets.

    • Utilize various lead generation techniques, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry events.

    • Qualify leads based on criteria such as company size, industry, budget, and decision-making authority.

  • Sales Prospecting & Pipeline Development:

    • Conduct high-quality outbound calls and emails to engage prospects and schedule product demonstrations.

    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.

    • Accurately track and report on all sales activities in the CRM system.

  • Relationship Building & Nurturing:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.

    • Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries promptly.

    • Nurture leads through personalized communication and valuable content.

  • Sales Support:

    • Collaborate effectively with Account Executives to support the sales process.

    • Gather market intelligence and competitive information.

    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and methodologies.

  • Teamwork & Collaboration

    • All team members are required to participate in an onsite health enrollment event once a year as a Patient Experience team member to understand our members and the work we do at MiSalud Health.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of proven success in a sales role, preferably within the HR or Benefits technology sector.

  • Demonstrated experience selling to HR or Benefits leaders.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal (English and Spanish fluency required).

  • Strong phone and email communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.

  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-starter with a strong work ethic.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
