We are looking for a Business Development Representative (NetSuite & Microsoft Resellers) to focus on our Fieldpoint solution.

This individual will focus on driving business growth by engaging with NetSuite and Microsoft resellers, building relationships, and scheduling appointments with our Account Representatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of technology solutions, and the ability to connect with key decision-makers in the reseller ecosystem.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to develop and grow within a fast-paced, high-impact role, with the goal of transitioning into an Account Executive position within 12 months. As part of this growth track, you will receive mentorship, training, and hands-on experience that will enable you to take on greater responsibilities in sales and account management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:   Actively seek out and engage with potential customers, through cold calling, channel partners, and email, to generate interest and build a sales pipeline.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Work closely with Account Representatives to schedule meetings and demos with qualified leads.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of Fieldpoint’s product offerings, focusing on how they align with the needs of NetSuite and Microsoft resellers.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record and maintain all lead, contact, and activity information within the CRM system.
  • Channel Sales: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.  Work closely with partners to generate leads and drive sales through the channel.  Provide insights and recommendations to optimize the channel strategy.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team: Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads and seamless transitions during the sales process.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on company size, industry, and potential needs for Fieldpoint’s solutions.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain timely follow-up with leads to maximize the opportunity for future business development.
  • Growth & Development: Work closely with leadership and senior sales team members to develop your skills with the goal of growing into an Account Executive within 12 months.

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a customer-facing role, ideally within the technology sector (experience with NetSuite or Microsoft products is a plus).
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of ERP solutions, particularly Netsuite and Microsoft products, is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage C-suite executives, decision-makers, and resellers.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • CRM Knowledge: Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Results-Driven: Strong focus on achieving measurable targets and KPIs.
  • Tech-Savvy: Ability to quickly learn new software and products.
  • Self-Motivated: A proactive approach to prospecting and scheduling meetings with minimal supervision.

Where: Remote, US with some travel to annual sales training events
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The base compensation for this position is between $23 - $27 per hour with an additional variable component in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
