SMB & Channel Development
Build and nurture new relationships across corporate, mid-market, SMB, and education segments.
Manage the full sales cycle including outreach, product demonstrations, pricing discussions, and closing strategies.
Strengthen relationships with key resellers, particularly TD Synnex, CDW, Insight, and other channel partners.
Support co-marketing efforts and help execute MDF-funded partner initiatives.
Drive expansion within existing SMB and enterprise accounts by identifying new growth opportunities.
Engage directly with their extensive database of existing users to identify B2B buyers, referrals, and high-value opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing to shape automated outreach sequences and conversion campaigns.
Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, HubSpot AI, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to improve prospecting, follow-up, and reporting workflows.
Leverage automation platforms to streamline pipelines, initiate campaigns, and monitor ROI.
Interpret performance data to enhance sales processes and optimize continuous growth.
Ensure CRM data integrity, accurate forecasting, and up-to-date reporting using HubSpot or similar systems.
Work closely with marketing teams to connect inbound activities with active opportunities.
Produce weekly performance summaries and suggest process improvements as needed.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience working with TD Synnex and Direct Market Resellers (DMRs), including strong familiarity with CDW and Insight.
Prior success in selling solutions to SMB or enterprise clients, ideally in technology hardware or SaaS environments.
Strong track record in closing deals, managing pipelines, and developing reseller partnerships.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience using AI-driven tools, automation systems, and CRMs to support and optimize sales activities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup setting with cross-functional collaboration.
Proven experience in B2B channel sales and partnership management.
Solid understanding of DMR ecosystems and partner-driven sales strategies.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights.
Self-driven, problem-solving, confident, and enterprising personality.
Comfortable using Google Suite, HubSpot, Instantly, and sales automation tools.
