The Role  

As part of the Business Development & Product Team, you will shape and deliver AI solutions that align with business objectives and drive organizational value. Collaborating with business leaders, you will develop AI and data product plans, integrate reusable components from the AI Task Force, and ensure scalable, efficient solutions.

You will apply a product operating model to accelerate AI use case adoption, focusing on design excellence and user metrics. Your role includes integrating advanced AI technologies—such as time series forecasting, reinforcement learning, and conversational AI—into product offerings, while ensuring quality, compliance, and scalability.

Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement will be essential to accelerate AI initiatives and achieve business goals. Your expertise in product management and financial stewardship will ensure cost-effective development and seamless integration of innovative AI capabilities, maintaining the company’s leadership in AI innovation.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in developing AI solutions that contribute to cost savings, revenue growth, and the adoption of advanced AI technologies.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and help create product plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Contribute to the integration of reusable AI components from the AI Task Force into the company’s AI suite, enhancing efficiency and scalability.
  • Support the adoption of AI use cases by focusing on user experience, design, and user metrics to maximize impact.
  • Participate in the enhancement and integration of advanced AI technologies—such as time series forecasting, reinforcement learning, and conversational AI—into the AI suite.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet organizational standards and business needs, building strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Help ensure all AI initiatives follow best practices for trust, transparency, safety, and security, supporting ethical and compliant AI development.
  • Apply a product-focused approach to solution development, emphasizing scalability, reusability, and alignment with strategic objectives.

Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in product management or related technical role.
  • Experience developing or launching products or technologies within artificial intelligence or Machine Learning (AI or ML).
  • Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with business leaders and colleagues to drive strategic AI initiatives and achieve business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Working towards Master's/ Ph.D degree in a technology or business-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in full-life cycle product management and delivery.
  • Experience with AI/ML model or tooling development (Product Management or Engineering).
  • Engineering experience.

Benefits

Compensation 

The expected hourly rate for this role is $40/hour.
