Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients within the US recruitment and HRTech market to drive platform adoption and business growth.
- Generate qualified leads through targeted outreach and prospecting activities.
- Manage and maintain the sales pipeline, including lead tracking, follow-ups, and opportunity progression.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective and existing clients, clearly communicating the platform’s features and value proposition.
- Develop and execute basic marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate interest in the platform.
- Support new customers throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and positive customer experience.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and professional customer support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Gather and document customer feedback to identify opportunities for improving the platform, training materials, and marketing content.
- Assist in developing customer training materials, presentations, and educational content.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress within the CRM system.
- Work independently in a remote environment while meeting assigned sales, marketing, and business development objectives.
Requirements
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Prior work experience in sales within the HR, Recruitment, HRtech industry
- Customer Service experience, with the ability to build relationships, handle inquiries, and support onboarding.
- Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and managing a sales pipeline.
- Experience in Training or delivering product demos, presentations, and basic educational sessions for customers.
- Background in Sales Management or coordinating sales activities, reporting, and performance tracking is beneficial.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, CRM tools, and remote collaboration platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
